About the Presenter

Michael W. McLaughlin, a Principal with MindShare Consulting, LLC, works with professional services organizations to build high-value businesses. Before founding MindShare Consulting, he was a Managing Partner with Deloitte Consulting. In addition to his client work, he screened, recruited, and interviewed hundreds of applicants for Deloitte’s consulting practice.

He is the coauthor of Guerrilla Marketing for Consultants, and he has written dozens of articles on marketing, selling, and delivering professional services. McLaughlin is also the publisher of Management Consulting News and The Guerrilla Consultant.
