A professional service is an information-intensive business, so a web site is an essential element in every part of a consultant’s practice—from marketing to project delivery.
For many consultants, the web remains an untapped resource, when it could be a powerful tool to help create marketplace differentiation. In this webcast, we’ll discuss the results of our proprietary research on more than 700 consultant’s web sites and share how the most successful consultants create a winning web presence.
This session will cover the findings of our study on consultant’s web sites and include:
- The six essential elements of a client-centered site
- A step-by-step, analytical framework for evaluating the strengths and improvement areas for your web site
- How to launch, or re-launch a site without investing a small fortune
- Why “free” is still a potent, but misused, marketing tool
- Three quick changes to the home page that can draw clients to your practice
- When and how to use a newsletter or blog
- Three web design mistakes that most consultants make and how to avoid them.
At the end of the session, you’ll have an approach for reviewing your web site’s effectiveness, and new ideas for boosting the ROI of your web investment.
