Strategies for Experienced Professionals is a three-month, intensive program for practitioners who want to build a more predictable backlog of work, use their scarce marketing time to its highest advantage, and create substantial client and personal value.
We begin our work together with a detailed review of your practice, including market positioning, service offerings, and service delivery approach. Based on that review, and the six essential competencies for professional success, we establish a set of goals for our work.
We’ll typically focus our efforts on one to three specific areas, which often include attracting more profitable clients, managing the sales and proposal process, and delivering services within targeted profit levels.
The program is designed to accelerate the growth of your practice, so your commitment to your business and the mutually-defined goals we establish at the outset is essential to our success.
Michael McLaughlin will meet with you once a week for a regularly scheduled session to review progress and establish new practice-building activities.
At that time, we can also address day-to-day issues, such as how to manage a specific client situation, what your latest proposal should include, or how to price your upcoming project. During the program, I can meet with you by phone, email, or other means.
To help ensure a successful engagement, I ask for a minimum three-month commitment to the program. If we agree that the program is a success, we can extend the program.
The fee for the three-month program is $3,000.
