We work solely for businesses and individuals who offer professional advice or services for a fee.
That means we work with consultants, coaches, trainers, accountants, lawyers, architects, tax professionals, PR firms, software companies, professional speakers, proposal writers, and others offering professional services who want to create their own path to profit.
We view every assignment as a collaborative effort. And, in spite of the conventional wisdom, we believe every client situation is unique. It’s common to face familiar challenges, but it clouds judgment to assume that the answers that worked in the past always apply to the present.
Every client serves specific markets, offers different services, and uses different business approaches. So we begin each potential project with a discussion of client needs to mutually decide if there’s a fit. If your issue is one that we can’t help with, we’ll tell you—and make suggestions on who can help.
Every challenge has a range of possible solutions. Some clients combine different parts of our service offerings to create a complete and customized program.
We only work with a small number of clients at any one time, so we want to be sure we’re right for the job before making a commitment.
If we decide to work together, we confirm the expected outcome of the project, the work to be completed, and a fixed fee. Your cost won’t change unless we mutually agree to add to the project.
